Rate Your Customers

They arent always right

Hello Sales persons, professionals, entrepreneurs and weekend warriors.

 

 

I am Mark and the creator of this page. I have been in sales in one capacity or another for 20 plus years. I have both worked under management and been the manager. I have also owned several of my own businesses. Therefore I realize the direct impact that dissatisfied customers can have on the bottom line and a businesses reputation.

Between Google reviews, Angies list. Yelp and countless others customers have a way to rate your service. However unfairly they would like to. This is the beginning of a way to rate your customers in a fair capacity. For now first names only and no personal information.

I have launched this page as an outlet for anyone with customers that are unreasonable or unrealistic in their expectations to vent and tell their stories. (keep all comments PG13 please). Sometimes customers tend to be upset and even angry at the people who are trying to and are trained to help them. In todays society of “KENS and KARENS” customers always seem to think they know better than the people who they have gone to for help and advice on a certain situation.
